Terrace and rooftop waterproofing in San Sebastian de los Reyes

In San Sebastian de los Reyes, work on chalets and development terraces stands out.

How we solve this service

Solutions for terraces and rooftops, walk-on or not, in homes and apartment blocks, with high-performance liquid membrane.

  • Walk-on terraces where water seeps through the tile joints and shows up in the flat below.
  • Poorly finished drains and insufficient falls that leave standing water after every downpour.
  • Unreinforced junctions with parapets and steps, where leaks usually start in San Sebastian de los Reyes.
  • Communal rooftops whose original waterproofing is spent after years of sun and frost.

Frequently asked questions in San Sebastian de los Reyes

Do you have to lift the terrace floor in San Sebastian de los Reyes?

In most cases no. The liquid polyurethane membrane goes over the existing paving if it is sound, which avoids rubble and shortens the job.

Can the terrace or rooftop be walked on afterwards?

Yes. The system is walk-on and takes an anti-slip finish, also on rooftops used as walkways or drying areas; normal foot traffic resumes a few days after the final coat.

How does a San Sebastian de los Reyes residents' association approve the work?

We provide a condition report and an itemised quote so the association can take it to a meeting, with the measurements and proposed system in writing.
