Summary

On this website, we process personal data solely to handle the requests you send us through the contact form (and to ensure the security and technical operation of the site). We do not create a user database: data is managed primarily through email and technical system logs.

2.1. Data you provide

Through the contact form we may process the following data: name, phone, email and message. Submitting the form implies your express consent for the processing of this data for the purpose indicated in section 3.

2.2. Technical data

For the proper functioning and security of the site, technical data such as IP address, device/browser identifiers and logs generated by the server, deployment system and/or protection services may be processed.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Handle requests sent through the contact form (respond to inquiries, information requests, commercial proposals, etc.).
    Legal basis: consent of the data subject through form submission (art. 6.1.a GDPR). When the request is pre-contractual in nature, art. 6.1.b GDPR will also apply.
  • Security and site maintenance (prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, attacks and ensure service availability).
    Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Recipients and data processors

We do not transfer your data to third parties except when legally required. However, to provide the service and operate this website, we rely on providers who process data on behalf of the controller (data processors), such as:

  • Email (mailbox) and SMTP: DonDominio (service provided by Soluciones Corporativas IP, S.L., Spain).
  • Infrastructure/hosting (VPS): Contabo GmbH (Germany).
  • Network/security and content delivery services (CDN/DNS/WAF): Cloudflare Inc. (USA, adhered to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Note: Form submission is done via email. The library used for sending (e.g., Nodemailer) does not imply an additional third party; what is relevant are the email/SMTP providers and the infrastructure that may be involved in the process.

5. International transfers

Cloudflare Inc. (based in the USA) is adhered to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, providing an adequate level of protection for international data transfers. Contabo GmbH operates in Germany (within the EEA). In any case, all processors have appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.

6. Retention periods

Form data will be retained for 2 years from the last communication with you, unless you request deletion earlier. Subsequently, they may be kept blocked for the statute of limitations periods for potential legal liabilities (generally up to 5 additional years). Technical data (logs) will be retained for the strictly necessary period to ensure system security (usually no more than 90 days).

7. Rights of data subjects

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, limitation and portability (when applicable) by requesting it via email to:

If you believe we have not properly addressed your request, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or alteration, in accordance with the state of the art and the nature of the data processed.

9. Automated decisions

No automated decisions are made nor are profiles created with the data sent through the form.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical or service changes. The "last updated" date will indicate when changes were made. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
